Incoming Leads
Incoming Leads are NEW interested families that have submitted their information to learn more about your school. Incoming leads visualizes the first step on a parent’s journey to enrollment. These leads are also marked in blue to ensure you see them and do not miss contacting the family within 24 hours.
The typical information included in an incoming lead includes:
- Parent Name
- Student Name
- Grade
- Phone Number
- Source
- Zipcode
Application Sent
Leads that are located here have expressed interest in filling out your school’s application after they have been reached out to. We recommend that, after the application has been sent, you or your team directly reaches out to the Lead via phone call, text message, or email.
Application Received
Leads that are located here have submitted their application and are waiting for next steps or in the process of registration or enrollment.
Alternatively, depending on your recruitment and enrollment process, or time of year, these leads can be submitted and awaiting your lottery results.
Waitlisted
Leads that have been moved into these tabs could have been moved for a number of reasons, such as the child is too young to apply, there is no seat available, or the lottery has not occurred yet.
If a child is too young, when moving them to this tab, make sure you select the appropriate school year in the Year field to identify the year for which the student qualifies.
Accepted
Leads that have completed enrollment at your school are located here.
Archived
This tab is dedicated to leads who are:
- Duplicates
- Not interested in school
- Found another school
- Staying at current school
- The school is too expensive
- Distance is too far
- Unresponsive
- Wrong Contact Info (Unqualified)
- Incorrect Grade
- Other - custom reason
Ensure your Relationship Manager is up to date by moving any uninterested/unqualified leads to this tab!
