Reports Overview

Looking to understand your performance metrics and ROI of your recruitment and enrollment efforts? Schola Reports is here to help! Our on-platform reporting feature gives you all the data you need.

You can access reports by clicking on Reports from the left-hand navigation menu in your Schola Admin profile.

In the Reporting Hub, you'll see an initial overview of your Results. Reporting highlights performance metrics and value of your Schola Premium Service, focusing on leads, applications, and enrollments.

Note: Reports are not real-time, and schedule to update every 12 hours.

Use filters at the top of the page to refine results. This allows you to get more granular performance data based on any combination of Lead Source, Stage, Substage, Grade, School Year, and specific Date Ranges. Reports below will update according to the filters you choose.

At the top of the report, you'll see highlights of performance and ROI so far. Funding calculations are made using estimated per pupil funding according to state average OR the specific funding number you manually input when editing your School Profile.

Monthly & Weekly Results Snapshot

This section of the report visualizes results for Leads, Applications Received, and Enrollments on a Monthly and Weekly basis, and is great for noting trends.

Source Breakdown

This section of the report visualizes Leads, Applications Received, and Enrollments broken down by Lead Source. This is a great way to see where your Leads and conversions are coming from, allowing you to focus greater effort on what works!

Grade Breakdown

This section of the report visualizes Leads, Applications Received, and Enrollments by Grade.

ROI & Funding Details

This section of the report gives a narrative of your ROI calculation for the length and investment of your upgraded Schola subscription.

You can also dive into more specifics of Leads, Applications, and Enrollments using the Tabs at the top of the Reporting Hub. If you have an Integration with Schola, related results will be available in the Integrations tab.
