The Assembly platform comes with an in-app calendar for quick, easy access to view your various events, programs, and facility schedules. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to manage your in-app calendar and add events to it.


Step 1: Start by navigating to the Calendar page in the left side navigation.


Step 2: Here, you'll see the calendar for our demo organization for this example. Notice the event on September 11th. It's an all-day, personal day event.


Step 3: You can download any event by clicking the cloud icon. This action downloads the event directly to your computer to store on your personal or organization calendar.


Step 4: You're not limited to existing events. You can even add a new event manually if needed - right from the Calendar page.


Step 5: Fill in the details for your event. Add a description, set a start and end date, and decide if it's an all-day event or if it has a specific time.


Step 6: After adding the event, it'll appear on your calendar.


Step 7: Use the filter function to view events for various programs in your organization.

This feature helps you see different schedules at a glance across programs and facilities.
